Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Train and lead the team.
Maintain cost controls.
Navigate using a map to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
