About The Position

Join our team as an Assistant Manager at Store 2746348: 435 E. Main Street, Box 360, Rice, Minnesota 56367. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
