About The Position

Team Honey Badger is one of the largest and fastest-growing Domino's franchise groups in the U.S., with 148 stores across 10 states since 1985. They are seeking Assistant Managers who are eager to lead, grow, and succeed. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, leading and training team members, and ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time restaurant management position with a fast track to General Manager.

Weekend availability and flexibility to open/close shifts

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate team members
Deliver outstanding customer service every shift
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability
Support marketing efforts to grow sales
