About The Position
Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
- Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
- Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
