About The Position

Sanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. This role is a key leadership position focused on customer service, team development, and operational excellence, with a clear path to future store leadership. You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager and step in to lead the store when needed.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong skills in customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving
Experience with hiring, training, and performance management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and POS systems
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, automotive, or parts industry preferred

Responsibilities

Support store operations in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
Help drive sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
Train, coach, and develop team members on sales, service, and operations
Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Maintain high standards for merchandising, inventory control, and store appearance
Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and controllable expenses
Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and operational procedures
Support outside sales efforts and help grow wholesale accounts
Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
