About The Position

Every child leaves more confident than when they arrived—and you’ll make that happen. You’ll stay active, moving, and having fun all day (no desk job blues here!). Requirements
- Has leadership experience (training lead, shift lead, team lead, coach, manager)
- Can work 30-40 hours (day and night hours)
- Is dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
- Loves having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid
- Brings positive energy and a “yes, I can!” attitude every day
- Makes kids AND parents feel seen, valued, and excited to come back
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Introduce kids to the serious fun of learning and play in our unique environment
- Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Create a warm, safe, high-energy space where kids thrive and parents feel welcome
- Lead the team in outstanding customer service that makes every family feel like part of our community
