Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Set an example for the team and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, and cost controls.
  • Oversee cash control, food management, and work according to a schedule.
  • Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure store cleanliness.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Focus on profitability.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
