Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 544 W Jefferson St location in Springfield, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory systems
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and productivity
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Run shifts efficiently, including delegating tasks and managing employee schedules
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in food preparation and delivery as needed
