The Assistant Manager will function as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. This role is responsible for ordering and stocking vending supplies, providing effective training to new hires, and ensuring the team is trained on opening/closing checklists and proper loading techniques. The Assistant Manager will also train the team on Fast Pass sales techniques, professionally respond to voicemails and emails, create effective schedules, and possess complete knowledge of the Car Wash vacuum system operation, including cleaning it via pressure washing. Additionally, they will support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assist with on-site Supervisor Courses, supervise teammates completing PM tasks, assess training needs, and complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
