About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Manager for its BOSS Outlet at Jersey Gardens. The Assistant Manager develops and supports staff, drives sales and service, manages store operations, and helps ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.

Requirements

One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

Train and develop staff through effective communication.

Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.

Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
