This position is responsible for the assistant management of the grab n' go outlet, to include: staffing, training, inventory auditing, product assessment, coaching and collaborating with the team, scheduling employees, planning and coordinating all grab n' go outlet activities to ensure efficient operation of the department. Producing a quality product that exceeds the guest’s expectations and hotel standards and is delivered in a friendly and professional manner.
