Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and direct a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and inventory targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquisition (buying) and sales techniques.
Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes.
Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
