About The Position

The Assistant Manager position is salaried, non-exempt, and starts at $40,000 - $45,000 annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The hours of operation are typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thrus. The role involves real career growth with plans to open more than an estimated 1000 new locations across North America, with an emphasis on promoting from within. • 1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
