About The Position

The NOW Massage Pearl is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Assistant Manager who is organized, motivated, dependable, and ready to lead. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing a team, driving sales, creating an exceptional guest experience, and keeping a busy boutique organized and running smoothly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong sales background and highly motivated by goals and bonuses
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proven ability to coach and hold a team accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team
• Drive membership, enhancement, retail, rebooking, and gift card sales
• Track daily KPIs and hold the team accountable to goals
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Support scheduling and daily boutique operations
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest experience
• Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
• Partner directly with the District Manager, Director of Operations, and Owner
