About The Position

Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1301 N Prospect Ave location. Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Solid math and problem-solving abilities for effective cash handling and decision-making
  • Proficiency in running shifts and managing store operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
