This role assists the Store Manager in maximizing sales results through sales, merchandising, and operations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining personal sales results while training and directing the team to provide excellent customer service. They will execute Head Office product direction and make store-specific product decisions to drive sales. Additionally, they will be responsible for opening and closing the store, including reconciling the register, managing markdowns, processing transfers, setting up promotions, conducting inventory audits, and performing store execution audits.
