About The Position

This role involves general store team member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. It also includes specific responsibilities related to delivery, such as navigating to customer locations, handling product during delivery, and maintaining a safe driving record. The position requires strong communication and essential skills, including basic math, order processing, and computer/touch screen use. The work environment involves varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in cramped quarters. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Hand tasks are continuous and may involve forceful use of hands, wrists, and forearms. Driving is a key component, requiring navigation within a designated delivery area.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for extended periods.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds).
Carrying items such as pizza sauce (30 pounds) and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
Pushing to move trays on dollies.
Climbing stairs or ladders.
Stooping/Bending forward at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting occasionally.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
