About The Position

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and personable Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our team at Siesta Point Apartments, a Tax Credit/HUD community located in Avondale, Arizona. We are looking for a strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and has hands-on experience with LIHTC and HUD compliance operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Previous Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD experience required
  • Strong resident relations and customer service skills
  • Experience with certifications, recertifications, and compliance files
  • Knowledge of leasing, collections, move-ins, renewals, and resident retention
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily operational responsibilities efficiently
  • Professional communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily property operations
  • Supporting compliance and audit preparation
  • Processing certifications and resident files
  • Assisting with rent collections and delinquency follow-up
  • Supporting occupancy and leasing goals
  • Providing exceptional resident customer service
  • Assisting the Property Manager with operational oversight
