About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. The Assistant Manager is responsible for inventory management, cleaning, and providing on-the-job training. Key functions include accurate calculations, making change, and effective communication with customers and coworkers. The position requires the ability to enter orders via computer or touchscreen and involves working in various in-store and outdoor conditions, including temperature fluctuations, fumes, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and extensive hand use. Delivery responsibilities include operating a vehicle, navigating to customer locations, and carrying products. This role requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
