About The Position

The Assistant Manager position is salaried, non-exempt, and starts at $50,000-$55,000 annually with possible overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The role involves working real work/life hours of operation, with most locations opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus. The company offers real career growth with plans to open over 1000 new locations across North America, emphasizing internal promotion. There is a Secret Shopper bonus plan in addition to base pay, with two shops per week where the team working during those shifts is eligible for bonuses. Additionally, General Managers and Assistant Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire.

1+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
