About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures and financial records
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed
