About The Position

Team Honey Badger, one of the largest and fastest-growing Domino’s franchise groups in the U.S., is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management. The role supports the Store Manager across restaurant operations and offers a fast track to General Manager. Training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The position pays $15 per hour with growth potential, plus bonuses. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with advancement to full management.

• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
• Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
