Requirements

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for effective cash management and inventory control

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals while maintaining high service standards
  • Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly with empathy and decisiveness
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Train new and existing team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
  • Answer phone calls and manage customer orders efficiently
