About The Position

The applicant must be ready to come to work with a smile and be ready to treat people with the Golden Rule. We want our customers to feel like they have been treated with top-notch service, and that starts with you. Assistant Managers are expected to operate in a fast-paced environment and be capable of delegating tasks to other team members that need to be completed at all times. Assistants are also required to learn everything that the General Manager knows so that they are able to step up when the time comes.
