Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in multi-family property management
  • Experience with the rent collection process
  • Ability to work schedule Saturdays (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate as acting Property Manager in the absence of the Property Manager.
  • Assist the Property Manager in interviewing any potential employee for all positions.
  • Assist the Property Manager in the orientation, training, and scheduling of all office staff.
  • Complete file audits to review/approve applications.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain a clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comps in the market.
  • Support all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy.
  • Ensures all apartments are market ready for move-ins.
  • Follow up with all leads in the CRM within the designated timeframe.
  • Complete work order callbacks daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Complete required monthly training in the company’s LMS.
  • Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community.
  • Ensures that the community and show units meet the company’s standards.
  • Executes and performs activities supporting the community’s lease renewal program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Complete property items as outlined on the monthly SC calendar.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
