About The Position

Dandy is hiring an Assistant Manager for its convenience store in Millerton, Pennsylvania. The Assistant Manager demonstrates leadership and positivity for TEAM Members, helps provide excellent customer service, and supports the Store Manager in Dandy’s fast-paced work environment. The role communicates with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions. The Assistant Manager may cover any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. The starting rate is $16.50, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend and reach, frequently lift 10–20 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.
