Requirements

Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service-industry leadership experience
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desire and ambition to advance into higher leadership roles
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Support daily restaurant operations alongside the management team, Coach, motivate, and develop team members, Lead shifts while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture, Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members, Model Hawaiian Bros' Core Values and Aloha Spirit.
Deliver Great Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, Create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike.
Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, Support inventory, labor, and operational goals, Ensure procedures and standards are consistently followed, Assist with scheduling and daily restaurant priorities.
Grow as a Leader: Participate in leadership development and coaching opportunities, Learn the operational and financial aspects of restaurant management, Build the skills necessary for future advancement within Hawaiian Bros.
