About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects crew members to do the same. Additional responsibilities may include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and local store marketing. The role requires working well with team members and other store management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
- Set a positive example and follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the crew does the same.
- May handle staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, and local store marketing.
- Work well with team members and other store management.
