About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at The Abberly at Spring Hollow, a 194-unit apartment community in Saginaw, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, maintaining stable occupancy, meeting budgeted financial goals, building strong resident relations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with training and directing site personnel, and establishing positive community relationships. The role also requires being on-call as scheduled.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
