About The Position

Dash In, a Wills Group company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. The role offers a starting rate of $21.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour premium for late-night shifts. The Assistant Manager is crucial in ensuring profitable store sales growth and creating an extraordinary guest experience. This individual will act as the leader in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail experience preferred).
• High school diploma.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with employees, customers, vendors, and management.
• Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store runs efficiently, managing the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain merchandise in-stocks.
• Recruit, train, and support a strong and diverse team.
• Monitor store financial performance, including revenue and expenses.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and other software for efficient business operations and communication.
