Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader with sound judgment, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
  • Setting an example as a leader by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
  • Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun.
  • Managing staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
  • Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, and making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Providing enthusiastic customer greetings and a positive personality, taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
  • Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
  • Preparing product to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Taking inventory, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and completing associated paperwork.
  • Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
  • Possessing navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigating diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Accurately and quickly adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (may use a calculator).
  • Making correct monetary change.
  • Utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
