About The Position

This role involves managing store operations, including customer service, order processing, product preparation, inventory management, and facility cleaning. Team members are responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The position requires strong communication and essential skills, including accurate mathematical calculations, cash handling, and computer/touch screen operation. Navigational skills are crucial for deliveries, including the ability to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate various terrains and building types. The role also involves exposure to varying work conditions, including temperature fluctuations, food odors, and potential hazards from equipment and hot surfaces. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Driving is a key component for delivering products within a designated area. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands with frequent and/or forceful pinching, grasping, and manipulation of tools.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Carrying large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs each).
Pushing to move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lbs force).
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
Forward bending at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting performed occasionally.
Reaching continuously; up, down and forward.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
