About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. The role is for individuals who have a natural inclination for leadership and are ready to step into a management role. The job requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. They set the tone for the store and must maintain a high level of performance.

Requirements

  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be a great role model, demonstrating punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards.
  • Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payments.
  • Prepare products accurately and consistently according to recipes and procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers safely and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Maintain a professional appearance according to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
