About The Position
Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join their store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of its associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires upholding a high standard of integrity and ethics, complying with company policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in an open-kitchen setting that may involve interacting with minors and seniors. The company will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
