About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. The role requires an individual with natural leadership abilities, good judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. They set the tone for the store and serve as a role model for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team, managing staff of 3 to 30 people.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to teach others how to answer the phone and make pizza.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver products by vehicle to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
