Requirements
- Two to five years of sales management experience.
- Strong operational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and occupied by qualified individuals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership with staff by playing an active role in the store.
- Ensure all employees provide the highest quality of customer service.
- Ensure all operational procedures are followed.
- Implement and maintain all merchandising guidelines.
