About The Position
This is a full-time position with day and evening shifts. The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. They must set the example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and local store marketing. The role requires working well with team members and other store management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some supervisory or management experience is required.
- Ability to work day and evening shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Food service management experience is a plus.
