About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their team at Stone Road Mall. The Assistant Manager will support the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability, ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, and providing leadership and effective management to the retail staff. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in retail while selling award-winning chocolate products and premium ice cream. Success in this position comes from the ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work effectively in a team environment. This is a permanent full-time position requiring open availability for all types of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people.
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier.
- Available for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
