About The Position

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join their store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of their associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support. As an Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3 or more weeks store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Serve Safe certified
