About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day work, supporting and motivating employees, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping the store meet quality, safety, and business objectives. The position requires a fast-paced, energetic approach and adherence to Domino’s pizza-making, appearance, and customer-service standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards, dress code, and other operating procedures.
