About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Springfield, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements

  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
  • Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff performance
  • Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development of new team members
  • Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Step in for the Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling escalated issues
