About The Position

The Assistant Manager position at Greens Retail is critical, involving supporting the Store Manager in the overall management and daily operation of the store. Requirements

• Proven drive and a strong willingness to deliver exceptional results.
• A genuine passion for the retail industry and outstanding customer experience.
• Acute attention to detail for maintaining operational excellence.
• Experience in food retail (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assuming full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager (including periods of sickness and holidays).
• Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed to guarantee the smooth running of the store.
• Assisting with the recruitment and development of a high-performing team.
• Managing stock control, including placing food and other key orders.
• Creating and managing staff rotas efficiently.
