About The Position

Ready to take the next step into leadership? DTID dba Domino's is looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside the General Manager to help run daily operations, develop team members, provide great customer service, and make sure every customer receives a great product.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to work approximately 35–50 hours per week
• Basic computer and math skills
• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Safe driving record that meets company standards
• Current vehicle insurance and registration
• Access to a reliable vehicle that meets company safety standards
• Team members must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• The position also includes working around ovens, coolers, outdoor conditions, and standard restaurant cleaning products.
