About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills require the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers. Pizza delivery skills involve safely driving one's own vehicle, navigating roads and maps, and handling deliveries in various terrains and sites while carrying products. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary change, with the potential use of a calculator.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person
  • Ability to safely drive own vehicle
  • Ability to navigate roads/maps, adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products
  • Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide accurately to make correct monetary change (may use calculator)
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squatt, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids
  • Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside
