About The Position

At Via 313, our Assistant Managers are hands-on leaders who help create unforgettable guest experiences while developing great teams and driving restaurant performance. You'll work alongside your management team to lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives the hospitality we're known for.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering great guest experiences

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
  • Help drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and administrative responsibilities
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently
