About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Fulton Pointe, a 160-unit apartment community in East Point, GA. The Assistant Manager will support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, aiming to maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals. This role involves building strong resident relations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with training and directing site personnel, and establishing positive community relationships. The Assistant Manager will also be on-call as scheduled by management.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
