Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Merchandising, Filling, Stocking, Breaking Down & Storing Loads, Culling Product, Rotating Product, Preparation of Product, Trimming, Crisping etc...

Requirements

• Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to motivate, coach & direct team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to multi-task& perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
• Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide World-Famous Friendly attitude with customers & team members.
• Report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for their full shift.
• Store, rotate and break loads down to proper areas; cooler or backroom.
• Transport product to sales floor for filling.
• Cull off quality or out of code product and rotating new product onto display.
• Trim and crisp lettuce, celery, and other wet, perishable products.
• Observe policies and procedures established for the department.
• Continuing education of product identification uses and handling.
• Assist with training department new team members
• Keep work area clean- follow cleaning schedule.
• Follow productivity guidelines as set by the Produce Manager.
• Learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
