About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to grow into a leadership role. The company offers a paid training program and says no pizza experience is required. The role provides opportunities to build management and customer-service experience and to advance within a company operating 56 stores across the US. The position also involves supporting community fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be at least 18, have at least one year of management experience, and be available to open or close. Driving eligibility requirements apply to anyone operating a vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Must be available to open or close.
- No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year. A learner’s permit period documented by an appropriate governmental authority may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR evaluation, no more than three in the three years immediately preceding it, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Drivers are ineligible if they have violations involving leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Support management and customer service operations.
- Be available to open or close the business.
- Participate in community outreach, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Meet the stated driving history and driving-record requirements if operating a vehicle for business purposes.
