About The Position
Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while working a shift. They assist with basic operations procedures, support employee development, demonstrate team member and food safety protocols, provide excellent customer service, and operate and troubleshoot technology. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
