As Assistant Manager, you’ll back up the General Manager and help keep our Hotchkiss store running smoothly and responsibly. This role exists to ensure customers get fast, friendly service and the team has steady leadership—especially when the GM is away.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and sales support
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety
• Supporting food safety
• Cash/inventory controls
• Basic bookkeeping
• Helping with scheduling
• Ordering/receiving
• Product audits
• Training team members
• Checking in on the store's flow (e.g., coffee fresh, coolers stocked)
• Assisting guests at the counter
• Quick food preparation
• Reviewing numbers
• Confirming deliveries
• Ensuring shelves match system inventory
• Coaching newer team members
• Answering questions
• Ensuring smooth shift handoffs
